To celebrate, we hosted a 24-hour video gaming livestream to spend time with friends, play some fun games, and raise money for stillbirth prevention.
Our goal this year was to raise $500 for PUSH for Empowered Pregnancy.
We ended up raising $1,086!!!

2024 Highlights
PUSH for Empowered Pregnancy is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to reducing the U.S. stillbirth rate, empowering every expectant family with the equitable, evidence-based medical care and education they need to advocate for a healthy pregnancy. PUSH is run by an all-volunteer remote team, so every dollar donated goes directly to giving parents and babies the best possible chance at making it home safely together.
The $1,000+ raised during our 2024 Marathon will:
1) Help PUSH provide Empowered Pregnancy Tip Sheets to expectant families, who are often coming from marginalized backgrounds and are at higher risk of experiencing a stillbirth. Unfortunately, stillbirth can happen to anyone. Interested in Empowered Pregnancy Tips for yourself or a loved one? You can download them electronically for FREE from PUSH’s website.
2) Support parent advocates in their efforts to get stillbirth prevention legislation passed at the federal level. Personally hearing the stories of mothers and fathers whose children have senselessly died as part of the U.S. stillbirth epidemic is crucial in getting federal lawmakers to act! The cost of travel can be a significant barrier to many parents’ voices being heard. But with financial assistance, a parent advocate can travel to tell Congress about their beloved son or daughter who should still be here, empowering them to help prevent this tragedy from happening to 65 American families a day.
