The Stillbirth Health Improvement and Education (SHINE) for Autumn Act is federal legislation that focuses on preventing stillbirths through enhanced data collection, research, education, and awareness and is the beginning of a longer-term solution to reducing stillbirth rates. Debbie Haine Vijayvergiya originated the SHINE for Autumn Act and continues to fight for its passage through Congress in loving memory of her daughter Autumn Joy.

In honor of her son Teddy, Elizabeth Michalski wants to comfort grieving families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss by providing teddy bear ornaments for the holidays. A Touch of Teddy ornaments are FREE for loss families yearly during the month of October (and can be ordered any other month of the year for a small cost).
